I have been a Jill Scott fan since day one. Back before the media dubbed her sound "neo soul". I have watched her go from being a shy background singer/ ghost writer, to a world class act that has reached legendary status. I feel she is by far the most talented female artist working today, and she keeps my faith in music. With the radio being flooded with processed music (T.Pain, Souljaboy) It does my heart well to put on some Jill Scott, or Kem, or any other REAL MUSIC ARTISTS.
